first of all, welcome to my blogspot! Yayyy!!! *cheers*
ehem.. As you might still remember from the previous name of this blog, it's about my thoughts and experiences.. it's about the chapters in my life (in which some are just plainly random, while the others are pretty normal :P ... or not?).

Unfortunately, for you who don't speak Bahasa, it would be very (I mean it. VERY) challenging for you to understand.. There are lots of slangs going around. Lol. And I love it that way.. hoho..

about my previous blog address, it's gone. I have no idea how it happened. All of my entries and the blog itself is now missing from my friendster account. huhuhuhuuu... Give me back my bloggggg... *sob*

O yeah! I have another blog which is written in English. It is at my space.
But, only people in my msn contact have access to it.
However, since I haven't been using msn and hotmail alot for the last couple of years, I have clearly NO idea whether I'll still be able to access it or not. :P Might as well just leave it like that since it's better to focus on one blog instead of two blogs.

sports are GOoooooooooood!!!




hi all.. hahaha.. uda lama jg ga update blog..

eniweis.. semakin hari, satu hal yang kusadari adalah: jarang olahraga= badan berasa di peretelin pelan2 pas abis olahraga.

for the last 2 weeks, I've been exercising more than usual (reaD: biasanya ga perna OR, sekarang jadi ada aktipitas2 gitu..). Ya berenang, pantai, skating, tennis, bulu tangkis, cicling, dan itu dilakukan secara lumayan rutin.. well, seru si karena ngerjainnya rame2..

tapi.. I came to a point of realisation where my urat2 jadi keseleo satu persatu.. hahahahahh.. *hopeless laugh*. rencana awal si maunya jadi lebi sehat.. tapi, ternyata memang ga bisa di push terlalu banyak.

push terlalu banyak.. termasuk dalam hal makan. :P

Hari minggu lalu, 2 weeks ago, entah gimana punya cerita, tangan kananku keseleo karena terlalu kalap motong2 makanan.. well, lagi buffet si.. dan berhubung di Nicks itu modelnya seperti high tea (dikasi rak2, then piring2 kita diisiin ulang terus), ya... rasanya sayang jg klo makanannya dikit. hohohoho.. So, I ate lots ( I really mean it), LOTS of mussels. Which made me worry about my cholesterol level.. haha..

Anyway, back to buffet. and the buffet includes pork RIbs! woohoo! not as good as hurricane, but, not bad.. Dan yah.. as I hurt my right hand, bagian lengan atas, i couldn't raise my hand high enough buat buka pintu wc. *sob* jadi, saya jadi kidal untuk sementara waktu. So, rencana tennis keesokan harinya batal, dan diganti dengan berenang di olympic park! Yippieeeee...

Senang siii.. ^^ tapi yahh... kaki kiriku kram, dan jadi sakit buat jalan.. setelah berenang, dan dance class malemnya, my body ached a bit. Tapi yah.. i was like, "masa kalah ama keseleo dan kram??"

Jadiiiii, saya ikut skating di keesokan harinya, dan ikut maenan ombak di pantai sore nya..
badan uda mule melolong minta tolong buat istirahat..
all good.

sampai pas berenang di hari kamisnya, rasanya badan uda mule peretel satu satu.. pinggang sakit, punggung pegel, tangan cenut cenut, apalagi kaki.. pegal2 sakit karena kurang peregangan, dan sakit bekas kena kram.. hohohohoh.. lengkap sudahh..

dan thank God, I'm NOT alone!!!! Ada teman yang bernama aminnnnn.. Hurrayyyy.. jd, ada teman seperjuangan yang sama2 jalan bak oma2 sakit rematik.. mau duduk rasanya sakit.. mo jalan rasanya juga sakit.. apalagi klo lari2.. haha.. o well.. and it gets better everyday.. *phew*

sampai akhirnya, leher saya keseleo setelah telponan sambil jahit kancing.. bener deh, ampe tahan 3 hari.. dari hari jumat malem, sampe sekarang ( kamis pagi), lehernya masi sakit aja.. bingung d kapan ilang. :P hopefully it gets better soon..

dan bagian2 klimaks dari badan yang rasanya makin lemah terjadi pada hari selasa pagi, tanggal 2 feb..

rencana awalnya si mau apply kerjaan dari pagi hari hingga sore.. Namun apa mau dikata, saat bangun jam 9, rasanya badan tak mampu bergerak selain berguling2 di kasur. uda bangun jem 9, tidur lagi sampe jam 1. and it was the BEST thing to do at that point of time.. Why? karena, setelah 4hours extra of sleep, rasanya badan jadi jauh lebi seger.. senang rasanya. hehe.. *senang* So, akhirnya kesampean juga apply2 kerjaan..

and a funny thing about exercising is, I used to love doing sports until I had to wear my braces. Since then, i hated it.. But, as for now.. Uda mulai enjoy olahraga lagi.. *hurraaaaayyyyy* walau badan serasa didera dan disiksa pada awalnya, once I'm used to it, rasanya badan lebi fit!!! ^_______^

hmhhh.. tapi, sisi buruk dari olahraga adalah, kita jadi berasa deserve to get credit on what we did.. Contoh, instead of eating something healthy, we had burger, fries with mayo, and soft drink, right after exercising!! and now I feel guilty about it.. >.<>


Pesan Moral: exercising is GOooooooooooooooood!!!! It would be even better if we have a healthy eating habbit.. but yah,.. don't push yourself too much.. >.<..
